Dreams are virtually an unexplored area of a person's mind. There are speculations as why we dream or what it means but nothing out there is concrete. I would love the true meaning to all of it. To understand what it all means.

I recently had a wonderful dream that ended on a sad note. It wasn't anything special. It wasn't like I won the lottery or anything. It was just a dream of me and my ex-girlfriend. I dreamt that we were laughing, having fun. Love that smile of her's. We were in each other's arms and it was great. And just as quickly as I was enjoying the dream, I was snapped back into reality, I woke up. As I stared at the ceiling, sad, I thought about how real it was. How everything seemed like it was just yesterday.

What exactly does it all mean? And why did it feel so real? Why is it that I was plagued with this dream during this time of my life? So many questions and no answers in sight. Maybe with everything going on in my life, I needed to escape to a time of happiness. Truly an escape, one I wish I could hold on to forever. But alas, reality will always hit and the only thought you are left with is that it was nothing but a dream.

If you follow the classical patterns, you are understanding the routine,
the tradition, the shadow - you are not understanding yourself.
